Whether you’re a First Time Home Buyer or an experienced mover, buying a home is a serious task! There are a multitude of things to consider when buying a home, and I will walk you through every single one of them. I start every buyer client off with what I call a Home Buyer’s Consultation. This is where we meet to discuss the nitty gritty of what you are looking for, where, your time frame, budget, and what the entire process will look like. I will bring you your very own Home Buyer’s Guide.
This guide is a booklet made specifically for you, with places to fill out all of your Wants and Needs, your Loan Options once you speak with a lender, and information on each house that may interest you. It also gives you a section to take notes from your Home Inspection so you don’t forget any little details, a place to write dimensions of rooms or walls, checklists for moving, closing, and address changes, and last but not least, a glossary! There are many Real Estate or Contract related terms that will come up throughout the process. While I will explain each one in depth, the glossary gives you a reference point to check back to if you happen to forget what something means!
