Selling a Home

Whether you’re planning to sell your home in the near future, or you’re not quite ready yet, give me a call to discuss all of your options.

Once your Listing Consultation is scheduled, I will meet with you and walk through your home to confirm the facts of the property, see the condition, and talk through all of your listing options with you. I recommend my seller clients contact me anywhere from 6 months to a week before they want to get their home on the market. I will present you with a Home Selling Guide at the Consultation, and walk through each step of the process. We will determine a timeline for getting your home on the market, what your goals are with selling, where you plan to go next, and preparing your home for pictures and showings. I never require anyone to sign an agreement with me on our first meeting. I want my clients to feel comfortable and confident with me as their partner, and if they aren't ready to commit, I don't push it. I want to work with clients that want to work with me!
